Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Facilitator, Talent Relations to join reputed company at blithequark. As a key member of our talent relations team, you will be responsible for maintaining our talent database, coordinating talent appearances, and providing exceptional support to our talent relations team. This is a full-time remote position that offers a competitive salary of $75,000 per year and the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of our talent database in reputed company, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
• Ability to coordinate talent appearances, including research, booking, purchasing, and fulfillment
• Maintenance of vendor library, status reports, and other internal records
• Management of talent relations financial arrangements, processing reputed company p-card charges and negotiating sales
• Distribution of many weeks' worth of talent schedules to blithequark leaders, including birthday celebrations, launch day, and upcoming events
• Talent-facing responsibilities, including supporting talent activities for marketing, brand, and special mission shoots, as well as various requests, such as blithequark and Corporate events, where responsibilities include constant communication directly with reputed company and managing talent on-site
• Assistance with coordinating talent supports for asset opportunity for our VIP talent, such as the Kardashians and Selena Gomez
• Ability to manage experiences, such as dinners, reputed company Parks tours, games, and shows
• Event-facing responsibilities, including creating lists of attendees for premieres and special events, which includes overseeing filler organization and conceptualizing talent to invite
• E-vite distribution and management of the RSVP list
• Labeling and seating for premieres
• On-site support and leadership of GA and VIP enrollment

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in talent relations or a reputed company field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional social skills
• Must be proactive, flexible, and reliable
• Must be organized, dedicated, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be able to work some nights and weekends, depending on the situation, to support events
• Experience with the entertainment industry, including buzz-worthy titles, emerging new talent, trends, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field of study or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
• Proficiency in reputed company and other database management tools
• Experience with event planning and management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
