Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Utilize blithequark's pharmacy systems to access patient and prescription information, performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Process new patient enrollments, entering data into the appropriate system, and handling patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines
• Research and resolve missing prescription information, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes) and settling data entry-reputed company exceptions
• Investigate, gather information, reputed company corrections, and resubmit claims for processing, resolving Outcast Weirdos according to individual plan requirements
• Provide support to Pharmacy specialists, both in-office and remote, recognizing and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary
• Maintain a working professional license or certification, obtaining an active professional license or certification reputed company the initial 90 days of employment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
