About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and motivated Technical Customer Support (L1) to join reputed company. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers by managing our customer support tools, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with operational tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Master Customer Support: Handle 20-30+ new tickets per day, covering everything from billing issues to helping customers implement API requests.
