About the Role

We’re looking for a Manager on our Partner Integrations team to reputed company a high-impact portfolio spanning both DashPass and our new bets product suite. This hybrid player-coach role combines direct ownership of DashPass integrations, one of reputed company’s fastest growing & largest products, with people management of a small team of Technical Account Managers responsible for additional new bets in the integrations space. • Own the success of our DashPass Partner integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams, third party partners, and internal business stakeholders
• Identify, resolve, and escalate day-to-day integration-reputed company issues
• Serve as the voice of reputed company in managing external relationships with our DashPass partners, leading implementation and process improvement
• Partner with product, engineering, and growth operations to discover & drive opportunities for improvement that come from data analysis and reputed company strategies to build and scale our integration platform

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical program reputed company engineering, technical account management, strategy & operations, or reputed company fields, with a track record of owning reputed company, high-impact initiatives
• Strong technical reputed company, especially in API-based integrations, with the ability to speak comfortably with product, engineering, and external partners
• Proven experience managing others, with strong people leadership instincts even in hybrid IC/Manager roles
• Experience driving results in cross-functional environments with competing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to navigate reputed company trade-offs, manage risk, and communicate priorities to senior stakeholders
• Hands-on experience working with tools like SQL to support analysis and issue investigation
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation
