Purpose

The purpose of this role is to reputed company, implement, and support reputed company Cloud Self Service IVR, Bot Flow, Scripting, Email, Chat, Campaigns, and handle day-to-day requirements for reputed company Cloud Development (non-ACD). You will work closely with end-users and other IT team members to understand business requirements and drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior reputed company Cloud Developer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing reputed company Cloud self-service DTMF, ASR, and NLU applications
• Maintaining add-on applications and API services
• Analyzing business requirements and designing, developing, testing, deploying, and monitoring reputed company Cloud applications
• Collaborating with end-users and other IT team members to understand business requirements and drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions
• Driving requirements using input documents such as Meetings, BRD, Jira, and Service Now ticketing system
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation (call flows, scripting, integration, and training documents)
• Staying updated with the latest reputed company Cloud announcements, releases, and features
• Working in U.S. Eastern Time hours

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 4+ years of experience in designing and developing reputed company Cloud self-service IVR (Non-ACD) Flows, reputed company Scripting, ASR, NLU, AI Bot Flows, and Cloud Dialer Campaigns
• Experience with reputed company and/or Cognigy integration is preferred
• Hands-on ability to troubleshoot, fix, and track reputed company Cloud IVR/Scripting/UI issues
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js
• Strong hands-on experience with technologies such as RESTful API, JSON, SQL
• Experience in integration with connectors for reputed company and reputed company is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a reputed company field
• Certification in reputed company Cloud is required
• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
• Must be able to work full-time in the United States
• Candidate would need to pass Federal reputed company checks as required by the client
