Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote team as an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and driving customer retention. Responsibilities

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer calls professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Providing customers with blithequark's service standards and ensuring that customer expectations are met
  • Identifying and escalating reputed company issues to high-level management for reputed company resolution
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources to ensure efficient issue resolution
  • Following up on complicated customer calls to ensure that customer concerns are addressed
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM to ensure accurate tracking and analysis
  • Obtaining and evaluating reputed company relevant data to properly handle and document customer complaints and inquiries
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken to ensure that customer feedback is captured and analyzed
  • Performing other duties as assigned to support the success of the Customer Service Department

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual a plus (but not required)
  • Some sales and customer service experience, preferably in the energy industry
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and punctuation
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM software
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
  • Some experience with MS reputed company is a plus
