About the Role
The reputed company Specialist is responsible for finding and engaging top talent to join our growing organization. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the hiring process while building strong relationships with hiring managers to meet their recruitment needs. The ideal candidate will reputed company in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and be passionate about delivering a positive candidate experience. We are seeking a reputed company Specialist based in Arizona to join reputed company. This is a primarily remote, full-time position with occasional onsite reputed company required for college partnership visits, career fairs, and community recruitment events. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our clinics both locally and reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and reputed company effective recruitment strategies.
- reputed company and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative methods.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

- Manage job postings, ensuring they accurately reflect role requirements and attract the right candidates.

Position Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or reputed company field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the healthcare or reputed company industry.
- Skills & Attributes:

- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reputed company Office Suite.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $52,000 - $72,800 annually (based on experience and qualifications).
