Job Overview

As a Site Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supervising and managing student online tutoring sessions, tracking student reputed company and outcomes, and collaborating with staff, parents, teachers, and program leads to coordinate the implementation of our curriculum. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage student online tutoring sessions (Grades K-10th) to ensure a safe and productive learning environment
• Track student reputed company and outcomes in the curriculum to identify areas of improvement and provide targeted support
• Collaborate with staff, parents, teachers, and program leads to coordinate the implementation of our curriculum and ensure alignment with our mission and values
• Communicate with program staff, reputed company, and tutors regarding attendance and schedules to ensure seamless program operations
• Assist staff with implementing in-class activities and/or lessons to enhance the learning experience for our reputed company
• Assist with the organization of special events to promote our programs and engage with the community

Essential Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or higher (or in reputed company) in a relevant field such as education, youth development, or a reputed company field
• Experience in a youth development organization or school setting, with a proven track record of working with diverse populations
• Ability to deal effectively with youth, including discipline challenges, and demonstrate patience, reputed company, and understanding
• Experience leading a group or managing people, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with young people, parents, and/or community leaders, with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
