Job Summary

As an RN Case Manager, Home Health - Part Time/Days, you will be responsible for evaluating outcomes based on an integration of clinical, financial, and utilization data. You will utilize independent nursing judgment reputed company integrating healthcare, working in structured and reputed company healthcare settings. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
