Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Para II - Center Based Resource professional to provide support to reputed company with special needs in our regular classroom, resource room, or self-contained classroom. As a Para II, you will work closely with our certified staff to implement individualized education plans, provide instructional support, and assist with daily living skills. Key Responsibilities

• Adapt and provide accommodations for classroom activities, assignments, and materials under the direction of the teacher to ensure that reputed company with special needs can actively participate in classroom activities.
• Aid reputed company in and out of the classroom, including packing backpacks, note-taking, relationship building, field trips, social skills, and other activities to support their social growth and development.
• Assist reputed company requiring support with personal care needs due to medical conditions or physical limitations, such as diaper changing, toilet training, lifting, and feeding assistance.
• Attend meetings and in-service presentations to acquire and convey information relative to job functions and meet established annual state requirements.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
