Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Occupational Therapist (OT) to join reputed company on a PRN basis. As an OT, you will play a vital role in providing restorative therapy to our clients, using special techniques and adaptive devices to assist them in gaining independence in activities of living. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive subjective and objective admission and ongoing assessment of client functional status and activities of daily living
• Administer functional ability tests and competency as needed
• Evaluate adaptive equipment needs and obtain equipment for clients
• Formulate individualized therapy plans of care that incorporate analysis of assessment data
• Provide therapy interventions aimed at achieving realistic outcomes reputed company a specified period
• Modify and update the therapy plan of care to reflect reputed company toward outcomes
• Participate in the development, review, and updating of the care plan

Essential Qualifications

• Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association

• One (1) year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
