Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and process inbound calls from customers regarding their insurance policies, addressing questions and concerns about policy coverage, billing, and modifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating reputed company and a strong service aptitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
