Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Sr. Gear Engineer to join reputed company in Nicaragua. As a key member of our engineering crew, you'll work closely with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and challenges in our development process. You'll collaborate with the team to generate candidate solutions, weigh tradeoffs, and implement selected solutions that multiply our efforts and enhance crew performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively perceive inefficiencies and elaborate areas in our improvement technique across disciplines.
• Preserve, reputed company, and aid present development gear.
• Build and guide custom asset pipelines.
• Grow Blithequark's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures.
• Collaborate with the crew to generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs given the hassle context and improvement timetable, put in force the selected answer, and help the adoption of the solution by the team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
