Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experience
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and recognize sales opportunities
• Apply sales skills to upgrade products and services, and explain and position them with customers
• Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction to the managerial team and ensure reputed company resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
• Maintain accurate records and reputed company other duties as required

Essential Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
