About the Role

We are looking for a talented and customer-focused individual to fill a part-time Customer Service Representative position, working approximately 3-29 hours per week. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to choose from a variety of shifts that suit your schedule, including Sundays only, Saturdays and Sundays, or Saturdays only, with varying hours to accommodate your needs. Key Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and abilities:

• Language skills: ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports, write routine correspondence, and project a confident, clear, and professional telephone reputed company
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required
