Training and Nesting Period

To ensure your success in this role, we provide comprehensive training and a structured nesting period. Here's what you can expect:

  • 3 weeks of intensive class training, conducted Monday through Friday.
  • 4 weeks of supervised call taking (nesting), where you'll apply your skills and knowledge in a real-world setting.
  • During the training and nesting period, you'll need to provide your own compatible computer equipment (Windows 10 or MAC OS 10.14 or higher, webcam, and headset).

Work Environment and Culture
