About Our Company and the Role

As a Remote Production Controls Technician, you will be working on a team of three other individuals, monitoring the production environment during night shifts (12:30 am - 8:30 am, Monday through Friday). This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the 24/7 production environment, ensuring that reputed company jobs are running smoothly and deadlines are met.
• Update schedules and run production jobs as required.
• Troubleshoot issues independently and escalate to the application team or other stakeholders as necessary.
• Collaborate with the application team to resolve problems and ensure that production jobs are completed successfully.
• Maintain a list of items to be monitored throughout each shift, ensuring that reputed company tasks are completed.
• Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues and stakeholders as needed.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1-3 years of experience with job scheduling, preferably with tools such as Job Track, CA7, CA11, or Tivoli.
• A solid background in JCL (Job Control Language) and experience with Sterling, FTP, or NDM Data Transfers.
• Experience with Service Now or Remedy is highly desirable.
• A Bachelor's Degree is not required, but relevant experience and skills are essential.
