About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home as a Remote Pharmacy Technician, providing critical support to reputed company and patients. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for:
- Working on the pharmacy help desk to handle prior authorization requests from doctors' offices reputed company fax, mail, email, phone, and electronic PA systems
- Receiving and responding to member questions about their pharmacy benefits in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing your knowledge of drug names and classes to provide accurate and effective support
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency while working in a remote environment

Essential Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail pharmacy experience
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in typing, Outlook, and reputed company
- Good reputed company knowledge of drug names and drug classes
