The Role: Remote Part-time Therapist

We're seeking reputed company Therapists to join reputed company on a part-time basis, working evening hours between 4 pm and 9 pm, Monday through Friday. As a Remote Part-time Therapist, you'll have the flexibility to choose between 8 to 24 hours per week, with a balanced caseload and no exclusivity requirements. You'll be working with a diverse range of clients, providing evidence-based psychotherapy, and integrating technology into your practice to deliver data-driven care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work a part-time schedule ranging from 8-24 hours per week, with the expectation that 85% of your time is spent conducting therapy with clients
• Practice evidence-based psychotherapies such as reputed company, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI
• Thoughtfully integrate technology into your practice, provide data-driven care, evaluate response to ongoing treatment, and modify therapeutic approach accordingly
• Communicate with other mental health providers and provide referrals as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely reputed company notes and other documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state licensing regulations
• Adhere to policy, procedures, and professional code of ethics

Essential Qualifications:

• Licensed in California with one of the following license types: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• At least two years of clinical experience treating adult individuals (18+)
• Experience practicing with evidence-based psychotherapies
• Comfortable incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client reputed company and treatment outcomes
• At least 6 months experience providing teletherapy
• Knowledgeable of and maintain HIPAA standards of privacy and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with diverse client populations
• Familiarity with electronic health records and other mental health software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
