Key Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 50 outbound calls per hour using an automatic dialer system to present and schedule complimentary healthcare evaluations, showcasing your ability to work reputed company in a high-volume environment.
• Utilize approved scripts (over 20) while addressing member inquiries with professionalism, reputed company, and clarity, demonstrating your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
