Job Summary

As a Customer Call Center Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers reputed company multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and self-service platforms. Your role will involve handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be expected to be proficient in using various applications, knowledge bases, tools, and calculators to research and resolve customer queries. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, retaining at-risk customers, and meeting or exceeding service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer service inquiries and transactions independently and proficiently reputed company multiple channels
• Demonstrate active listening skills and confirm understanding of customer needs, issues, and requests
• Use authorized systems to gather information, provide information, and update customer records
• Provide standard information and education regarding service options, charges, billing, and reputed company

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or G.E.D (accredited)
• At least one year of previous customer service experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and typing skills
• Professional phone etiquette and ability to multitask
• Ability to react well under pressure and treat others with respect
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize and plan work activities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish (a plus)
• Previous experience in a call center environment
• Familiarity with waste management or environmental services industry

Compensation and Benefits
