Key Responsibilities
- Production Order Management: Help finish production orders and create labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulk materials, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Batch Record Management: Assist with batch records, including pre-filling, reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching documents into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with inventory controllers to identify Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks, maintaining accuracy and ensuring efficient inventory management.
- Re-Test Sample Management: Assist the Planning teams in resubmitting re-test samples, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- ISO Compliance: reputed company job duties under ISO requirements, following "line of clearance" rules and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Additional Responsibilities: Take on other projects and responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed as a Data Entry Specialist/Clerk at blithequark, you'll need:
- Education and Experience: A high school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience, or a Biotech Certificate or Associate's degree in a science or reputed company field.
