Job Overview

As a REMOTE Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients through live chat. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and upselling/cross-selling our shipping container products. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate and helpful information about our shipping container products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and courteous manner
• Upsell and cross-sell our shipping container products to customers
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to stay up-to-date with our offerings and industry trends
• Work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST (flexible to work across multiple time zones)
• Participate in reputed company and ongoing coaching to improve your skills and performance

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
