We are looking for a reputed company Strategy & Operations Manager (f/m/d) to join our reputed company Operations team.

You will be a force reputed company for our reputed company (CS) organisation – driving operational excellence, building scalable processes, and enabling our CS team to deliver growth and retention at scale. You will report directly to the VP reputed company Operations and work closely with the CS Leadership team to shape our strategy and unlock the next stage of our growth.

Your responsibilities

Here’s a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:

• reputed company Execution -Define and execute the reputed company roadmap in partnership with CS leadership. Design scalable processes that enhance CSM productivity, operational excellence, and customer outcomes in a high-growth SaaS environment.

• Insights & Performance Management – Analyse customer data to identify trends, churn risks, and expansion opportunities. Deliver actionable insights and performance reports to CS and Executive leadership. Partner with Finance and FP&A to reputed company accurate forecasts, reputed company targets, and commission models.

• Process & Tooling Optimisation – Continuously evaluate and improve CS workflows, ensuring systems like reputed company support our operational needs. reputed company key tooling and enablement projects that increase team efficiency and data reputed company. Champion a seamless customer journey across reputed company touchpoints.

About you

You’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in this role:

• Proven experience in reputed company or reputed company Operations reputed company a B2B SaaS and / or fintech environment

• Strong analytical skills (reputed company expertise required; SQL a plus)

• Proficiency with reputed company and other commonly used commercial tools

• Fluent English (reputed company+)
