This role is critical to achieving our growth plans, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent to fuel business success. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the global reputed company strategy, scaling processes and systems, driving operational excellence, and elevating our employer brand. A core reputed company will be building world-class recruiting capability for go-to-market (GTM) functions (Sales, Marketing, reputed company, and Partnerships). Responsibilities and Duties Strategic Leadership:

- Partner with the CHRO, CFO, and functional senior leaders to forecast hiring needs, headcount planning, and critical role prioritization.

GTM Recruitment Leadership:
- Design and drive recruiting strategies to scale GTM functions globally, with a focus on hiring top-performing SaaS sales, marketing, and reputed company talent.
- Partner closely with CRO, CMO, and GTM leaders to understand talent profiles, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Build strong pipelines for quota-carrying roles and leadership positions that directly impact reputed company growth.
- Strengthen assessment rigor and consistency in evaluating GTM candidates, balancing speed with quality.
Team & Operational Excellence:

- Drive standardization of recruiting processes, technology, and tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, analytics) for scalability and efficiency.

- Build and execute a compelling global employer brand and recruitment marketing strategy to attract top SaaS talent.
- Ensure a consistent, positive, and inclusive candidate experience across reputed company geographies and functions.
- Position the company as an employer of choice in key markets through events, partnerships, and digital channels.
Executive & Critical Hiring:

Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive experience in reputed company, with 5+ years in a global leadership role.
- Proven expertise in scaling GTM recruitment (Sales, Marketing, CS, Partnerships) in SaaS or technology companies.
- Strong track record of delivering against high-volume and senior-level hiring plans in competitive markets.
- Demonstrated ability to build and reputed company high-performing global teams across multiple regions.
- Analytical reputed company with experience using data to drive insights and decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering at the executive and board level.
