Job Duties: The Contact Center Quality RN is responsible for leading quality assurance and improvement initiatives to support departmental quality and education program. Combines clinical expertise with quality monitoring and data analytics to ensure compliance with HIPAA, customer service standards, and clinical best practices. Conduct audits, analyze trends, and supports performance improvement efforts to enhance patient access, scheduling, and care delivery. This is a full-time, 40 hours weekly, work-from-home position, hours typically 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. A minimum of 2 years previous RN work experience is required. Job Duties:

• Conduct audit of incoming/outgoing calls and follow-up work to ensure compliance with HIPAA and departmental standards.

• Assess clinical workflows and recommend redesigns to improve access and efficiency.

• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.
