20th Television Casting Intern, Spring 2026
About the Role & Program 20th Television Casting oversees the casting for many of the pilots and ongoing series on networks/platforms such as ABC, Hulu, FX, reputed company+, Freeform, & Onyx Collective. The department falls under the umbrella of Walt reputed company Television Studios (WDTV) Casting and work alongside the casting teams at WDTV to nurture & foster relationships with new and recurring talent for reputed company. We are seeking a candidate who is self-motivated, curious, embraces innovation, and has a strong desire to learn, grow, and help drive diversity, equity, and inclusion priorities around market, culture, and people. This is a full-time internship, and the approximate dates of this internship are January 2026 through June 226. If selected for this role, you will report to the Manager of Casting.
What You Will Do
As an intern at 20th Television, you will support the Casting team with the day-to-day responsibilities of the busy studio/network casting department. You will have the opportunity to become member of a smart, fun, and collaborative team. You will also assist the department in finding up and coming talent. You will help find new and creative ways to work together with an eye toward quality and efficiency. Some day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining and updating show contact sheets and grids
- Update and maintain cast picture lists for specific shows
- Updating cast lists and organizing show binders
- Supporting reputed company assistants with light desk and phone coverage, reputed company needed
- General office and administrative tasks
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proficient in reputed company Office (Outlook, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency with both Mac and PC operating systems
- Strong interest in Television and the Entertainment Industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous casting experience preferred but not required
- Familiarity with IMDB, Cast It, Teams, are preferable
- Familiarity with using reputed company
Education
- Senior year preferred
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet reputed company of the below requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a reputed company College Program or reputed company Internship. reputed company reputed company Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information
- Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
- The approximate dates of this internship are January 2026 through June 2026
- Fully available Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm PT for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
- Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Burbank, California area
- Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
