As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our clients' contract records, while also contributing to the success of reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Scrubbing, researching, and validating provider contract records to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Updating status in customer systems to reflect changes and updates
• Researching and installing healthcare provider reputed company, including verification of provider information, contract accuracy, and database loading
• Retrieving and entering data from computer/web-based systems, files, and other documents
• Analyzing information collected to identify potential problems and discrepancies
• Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Applying healthcare and insurance domain knowledge, theoretical concepts, and problem-solving skills to undertake problem-solving
• Identifying and resolving both routine and non-routine problems or escalating to more proficient team members
• Monitoring e-mail reputed company and sending responses to inquiries

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a role that required a focus on quality, including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work
• At least 1 year of experience in a professional/office-reputed company environment, such as office support, data entry, clerical, or customer service
• At least 1 year of experience using a computer with Windows applications, including keyboard navigation, multiple screens, and computer systems, and learning new software tools
• A high school diploma or equivalent education level

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Ability to communicate effectively in a professional/office setting, both orally and in writing
• Effective troubleshooting skills, leveraging research, analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Time management skills to cope with a reputed company, changing environment
• Knowledge of AS400, Windows-based systems, reputed company Spreadsheets, and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Training and Development

As a new hire, you will be required to successfully complete our training course and demonstrate proficiency in the material. This will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to reputed company in your role and contribute to the success of reputed company.

Schedule and Availability

The required schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, reputed company-4:30PM. However, the shift schedule can be changed as per client requirements. You must be available to work a standard 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.

Compensation and Benefits
