About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and handling client inquiries
• Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
• Clarify orders as needed to ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and patients
• Collaborate with the Data Entry Manager to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications

• Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
• Previous experience in pharmacy, with a strong background in customer service
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Moderate to advanced computer skills, required
• Great telephone etiquette and communication skills
