Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company and compassionate Remote Benefits Call Center Representative to join reputed company. As a Benefits Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting participants with providing necessary information to those who intend to retire or are in the process of planning for retirement. You'll take calls, actively listen, and discuss employee benefits, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and additional employee perks. You'll manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to participants reputed company phone, email, or chat
• Assist participants with providing necessary information to those who intend to retire or are in the process of planning for retirement
• Discuss employee benefits, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and additional employee perks
• Manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems
• Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to reputed company shared goals and objectives

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A basic understanding of pension and employer benefits
• Previous customer service and/or call center experience
• Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency
• Excellent communication skills
• Extensive experience with typing and keyboarding
• Great problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively multi-task
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred
• Willing to work a shift between the hours of reputed company-8PM
• Ability to successfully complete a mandatory reputed company program
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background reputed company and drug test (THC included), background reputed company may potentially include employment and education verification
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $28,120-$35,150, depending on experience and location. In addition to reputed company pay, this position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, based on business need. We also provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, and a retirement savings plan.
