Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the entire sales cycle: generate, qualify, and reputed company your own leads.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline.
- Partner with executive leadership to refine and implement effective sales strategies.
- Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for reputed company account management matters with CTOs, CEOs, HR Leads, Coordinators, and Nexton’s fulfillment Team.
- Create the conditions for the successful fulfillment of your clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Requirements
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience closing high-value deals and managing key accounts.
- Success in creating and executing impactful sales strategies.
- Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to speak and write in English perfectly.
