As a QuickBooks Desktop Accounting Setup and Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting our senior accounting staff in setting up and finalizing our QuickBooks company file for hourly and salary employees. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the proper setup of classes and sub-classes (if needed) and help implement these as necessary.
• Assist in the proper setup and use of lists for tracking expense categories and help implement these as needed.
• Explain how QuickBooks tracks PTO and vacation hours and assist in setting up these features.
• Explain and list the steps to reputed company out financials for the end of the year.
