About the Commerce, Growth & Identity (reputed company) Team

The reputed company team is dedicated to creating seamless user experiences for consumers across reputed company's streaming and digital products. We're looking for a Product Manager II - Commerce Performance & Insights to join reputed company and help drive the growth of our commerce platform, which has reputed company reputed company growth - supporting over 80 countries and 20+ currencies.

Job Summary

As a Product Manager II - Commerce Performance & Insights, you'll be responsible for building tools and capabilities for real-time monitoring and alerting across our Commerce, Growth, and Identity systems. You'll work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to assess the performance of these systems and provide insights that benefit our customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build automated real-time dashboards to monitor and track performance of commerce systems
• Create and embed trigger-based alerts for anomaly detection in real-time dashboards, and identify critical issues impacting performance of systems
• Improve ways to capture data into existing tools like reputed company Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc.
• Partner with engineering teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve anomalies, and restore system health
• Collaborate with product to provide insights and recommendations to improve the performance of core systems, and enhance customer experience and business value
• Establish critical metrics for performance of key systems, and reputed company a regular reputed company to review them with senior leadership

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience reputed company direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, finance/fintech, media, and/or subscription services in domestic and/or international markets
• A Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Experience with data visualization to demonstrate and explain trends, patterns, outliers, etc. to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with processing large, reputed company data sets, and deriving actionable insights from the data
• Expertise with structured or reputed company databases, and data processing languages such as SQL and Python
• Strong written and verbal communication - from small group discussions to group presentations, and through strong product analytics memos that help drive alignment across multiple teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with anomaly detection, machine learning, and artificial intelligence capabilities at a large scale

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

• A salary range of $112,600 to $165,400 per year, depending reputed company and experience
• A bonus and/or long-term incentive units, dependent on the level and position offered
