The Role
As a Customer Support Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering live chat messages and supporting the needs of our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese
* Collecting and relaying customer feedback to the rest of the blithequark team
* Identifying potential issues and coordinating with the Development team
* Supporting other Customer Support projects as necessary

* Experience: We're seeking experience in Customer Support with the ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English and ideally in Spanish or Portuguese using our chat feature.
* Aptitude for Learning: We'll give you the training to be able to answer most of the questions that come your way, but part of the role involves you learning the user journey and being able to creatively address their questions.
* Technical Savviness: You should be comfortable with technology and able to navigate our software tools, including Intercom, reputed company, Retool, reputed company, reputed company, Braintree, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, and reputed company.
Requirements
* Strong reputed company in English and bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese

* Minimum of 3 years in Customer Support/Service
