Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers seeking information, enrollment assistance, and other services reputed company to the Maryland Health reputed company (reputed company). You will assist individuals regarding eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid, and services applications and enrollments for Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange. You will utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other State systems to reputed company reputed company tasks and duties for HIX customers to ensure delivery of high-quality service for reputed company Maryland consumers.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers seeking information, enrollment assistance, and other services reputed company to the reputed company
- Assist individuals regarding eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid, and services applications and enrollments for Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange
- Utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and CRM software and other State systems to reputed company reputed company tasks and duties for HIX customers
- Ensure delivery of high-quality service for reputed company Maryland consumers
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and productivity standards
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification; other combinations of education and experience will be considered
- Background in healthcare, human services, or customer service
- Experience in data entry and call centers
- Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse and disadvantaged populations in a courteous and effective manner
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to reputed company comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; ability to successfully execute many reputed company tasks simultaneously
- Recent call center experience required
- Must live in the state of Maryland
- Must have perfect attendance during training and nesting (7 weeks)
- Must have own equipment (BYOD) that meets the following requirements:
+ Desktop or Laptop with reputed company Core i5 Processor or higher with 8GB Memory (No Celeron or Pentium processors) + Desktop or laptop have a minimum of 256GB hard drive + Windows 10 or 11 + Minimum of 1 USB Gen 2 or newer port (wired headset) + 1 RJ-45 reputed company for a wired reputed company to internet router + Wired Headset and microphone with a USB Gen2 or newer reputed company + Video camera capability, necessary for training + NO Mac books, Chromebooks, iPads or Tablets allowed. They are not compatible with our system.
Equipment and Internet reputed company Requirements
* Wired internet reputed company from computer to router or modem
- Download speed 100 MBPS minimum
- Upload speed 10 MBPS minimum
- Must complete the ISP Speed Test using the computer you will be working on
- Must email a screenshot of your computer processor specs
- Must respond with a photo of the headset you will be using for work
- Must respond with your PC available storage amount
Training Schedule
* Training will take reputed company between 9:30am-6:00pm EST, M-F (Day 1-7) and 9:30am-6:00pm EST M-F (Day 8-15)
- Nesting will take reputed company between 9:30am-6:00pm EST for 4 weeks
- Monday – Friday schedules will remain between 9:30 am- 6:00pm after training
