Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Call Support, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of data entry tasks related to customer interactions, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all entered information. You will work closely with our customer service team to support seamless customer experiences and efficient problem resolution. This is a full-time, remote position within the USA, requiring flexible work hours, including some weekend and evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume of data entry tasks related to customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all entered information

  • Collaborate with the customer service team to support seamless customer experiences and efficient problem resolution
  • Work closely with the Data Entry Supervisor to ensure data entry tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of blithequark's services and products to provide informed support to customers
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, to manage and analyze data
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams through written and verbal communication
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle high volumes of data entry with precision
