What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Engaging directly with customers reputed company phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and provide product recommendations
• Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers, thinking proactively and setting follow-reputed company as needed to ensure contact resolution

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2 years of customer service experience
