Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a part-time basis, working 3 flexible days a week. As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage a moderate call volume of 15-25 calls per day, with an average call length of 6 minutes. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to text messages and resolve customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and support.
