Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and process incoming orders accurately and reputed company in reputed company, ensuring seamless sales capture and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer inquiries through the use of multiple customer support tools, including conducting research in reputed company and contacting business units as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
• 1-2 years of previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the consumer products or distribution industry.
