As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to our HR operations.

About the Role

This role is part of the Compliance Group reputed company the People/HR Division at Blithequark. As a Data Entry Analyst, you'll be responsible for maintaining legal and regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. You'll be working on exciting projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the HR Compliance team and Projects with responsibilities including:
  • Acquiring fingerprint/personal investigation results and processing fingerprint clearance letters
  • Maintaining relationships with TSA, Airport Power Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services
  • Faxing/scanning US Customs results and database entry
• Process daily FBI fingerprints into Access database and troubleshoot any database issues
• Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between various files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
• Conduct high-level analyses, custom reporting/dashboards, and normalize reputed company data used for HR Compliance
• Collaborate with clients and team members regularly
• Review completed Fingerprint Applications and reputed company for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field
• Knowledge of Criminal History Records reputed company (CHRC)
• Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HR Compliance, Data Entry, or a reputed company field
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company reputed company, including pivot tables, reputed company formulas, and Vlookup
• Proficiency in reputed company Access
• Ability to interpret large sets of data to reputed company meaningful reports
