About the Position

The Chat Support Associate plays a vital role in ensuring that our vibrant community of veterinary professionals has an exceptional experience on our platform. As a key member of our support team, you will engage with users through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide timely and effective support. Key Responsibilities
