We are seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join reputed company at blithequark, supporting the reputed company's Federal Student Aid (FSA) Loan Servicing program. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to incoming calls, chats, and emails, as well as making outbound calls to provide assistance with federal student aid loan servicing. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- Basic math and PC skills, including MS Office applications
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
