Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Call Center Representative to join reputed company at blithequark. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for performing information section and patient enrollment, answering high-volume customer requests, and utilizing pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and medication data. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize blithequark's solution information section strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the proper system.
• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
• Investigate to obtain missing medication data and interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
• Handle communication to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound calls to prescribers and patients as necessary.
• Resolve Third-Party Rejections by inspecting, gathering information, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents).
