Job Purpose and Responsibilities

As a Remote Interviewer and Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting our Telemed team by ensuring that reputed company incoming work is assigned and completed reputed company the same day. Your daily duties will include answering incoming telephone calls for Telemed Interviews, field offices, agents, brokers, applicants, and clients. You will also handle complaints as needed, provide training and assistance to teammates, and participate in special projects. Your excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and ability to work compatibly as a team member will be essential in this role.

  • Conduct interviews with clients to obtain health history and personal information for insurance applications
