Job Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Sleep Therapy Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our Sleep Central Inbound Call Center team at blithequark. As the first line of contact for CPAP resupply customers, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support. Your primary responsibilities will include new order intake, verifying and entering accurate patient demographics, payer, and physician-reputed company information, as well as assisting customers with basic sleep coaching and product expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a patient reputed company to resolve questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collect patient and reputed company information, and input data into our e-Intake system with high accuracy

• Provide basic technical customer service assistance for CPAP equipment and educate patients on CPAP supplies

• Use our proprietary e-Intake system to maintain accuracy and quality control throughout initial patient contact and data input

Essential Qualifications and Skills
