About the Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing professional and timely support reputed company phone, email, and our support software. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. This role requires a high degree of flexibility, including working rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays, as well as being available for overtime reputed company needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer service phone calls and other customer requests, responding promptly and professionally.
• Create service requests and reputed company them accordingly, ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns.

• Follow HIPAA regulations and effectively communicate pertinent information to daytime contacts and coworkers on the next shift.
• Order and cancel injectable doses, and enter helium readings into OMS.

Essential Qualifications

• Customer service, call center, or patient scheduling experience.
• Strong ability to prioritize and multitask with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
