About the Role

This role is a key member of the Payments and Digital Strategy crew reputed company blithequark's Credit Union. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our financial services. Your day-to-day activities will be diverse, challenging, and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete data entry and balancing functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate return items with members, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to resolve issues promptly.
• Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated Accounting standard ledger balancing to provide excellent customer service.
• Work on member cases/issues assigned to you, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws.
• Process loan payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other transactions, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams.
• Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products to ensure secure and efficient processing.
• Log, study, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns to maintain accurate records.
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing.
• Complete daily balancing and department closing to ensure smooth operations.
• Obtain information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic fund transfer requests.
• Research and confirm incoming and outgoing fund transfer information to ensure accuracy and reputed company.
• Communicate with vendors to process fund transfers reputed company.
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming fund transfer laws to ensure compliance.

Requirements for Success

To reputed company in this role, you'll need a combination of education, experience, and skills. Here are the essential and preferred qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

• High school degree or GED.
• Intermediate reputed company and Word experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer/member service experience.
• Previous banking or Credit Union experience.
• Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience.
