Key Responsibilities

• Production Order Processing and Label Creation: Assist in completing production orders and creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulk materials, ensuring that reputed company products are accurately identified and tracked throughout the manufacturing process.
• Batch Record Management: Prefill, review, verify, and reputed company/attach batch records into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Inventory Management Support: Collaborate with inventory controllers to identify and maintain accurate Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks, ensuring that our inventory management systems are up-to-date and reliable.
• Supporting Planning Teams: Assist the Planning teams in resubmitting re-test samples, contributing to the efficient management of our production processes.
• Compliance with ISO Requirements: reputed company job duties in accordance with ISO requirements, adhering to "line of clearance" rules and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or work instructions to ensure compliance and quality.
• Adaptability and Flexibility: Take on other projects or responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and needs.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A High school diploma combined with 6 months of data entry experience, or a Biotech Certificate/Associate's degree in a science or reputed company field, providing a solid foundation in data management and potentially some familiarity with manufacturing processes.
