The Opportunity: Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at blithequark. As a representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for medical providers, patients, and billing services, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries reputed company to medical claims and billing. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a flexible schedule between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm Central Time Zone, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming claim calls and log data into our proprietary medical reputed company review system
- Provide clear explanations of benefits, services, and claims/reimbursement procedures to stakeholders

Requirements:
