Job Overview
We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to support healthcare providers who care for our members. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to providers through phone calls and reputed company chats, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the reputed company for providers, demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues and concerns.
- Provide multi-channel support to providers, including phone calls and reputed company chats, to address their needs and queries.
- Quickly and effectively triage contacts from reputed company, identifying their needs and resolving issues reputed company to benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, clinical authorizations, explanation of benefits, and behavioral health.
- Research and analyze reputed company prior authorization and claim issues, taking appropriate steps to resolve identified issues and prevent repeat calls, escalations, and provider dissatisfaction.
- Collaborate with multiple internal partners to ensure issues are resolved and thoroughly communicated to providers in a timely manner.
- Utilize strong multitasking skills to navigate over 30 systems, extracting necessary information to resolve and avoid issues across multiple lines of business, provider types, and call types.
- Influence providers to utilize self-service digital tools, assisting with navigation questions and promoting the benefits of these tools for faster resolution.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of analyzing and solving customer concerns.
- Proficiency in computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications.
- Typing speed of 35-40+ WPM with an accuracy of 90%.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week), with flexibility to work any 8-hour shift between 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST, Monday - Friday, and occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a reputed company environment, such as an office, call center, or customer service setting, using phones and computers as primary job tools.
- Prior healthcare experience and knowledge of healthcare terminology.
Telecommuting Requirements
